School Block-bypass needed.?

I’m trying to find a proxy server that will allow java to upload but so far no such luck. I found one that will let u access other sites https://butterflyburger.com but it doesnt allow java to upload, but it keeps on saying that the applet won’t upload. If you can figure this out please let me know.
