Can anyone teach me how to use a proxy to redirect to Facebook and Blogspot?

People! Firstly thanks for reading. I think many of you have also heard that many foreigners can not access Facebook, Blogspot and Twitters of China. Facebook denies China blocking access, but for me, obviously is redirected to "this page can not be displayed." Can someone teach me please? TI I'm not very smart, so if possible, keep proxy-for-dummies. Thanks!

Simple. Download Freegate the link below, unzip it and then run it. A new Internet Explorer window will open. Use it as normal for access to Facebook, blogspot, etc.
