Password for access to Internet … up please!?
I'm using Windows XP Pro, I want to restrict the Internet to a user, but leave it open to another. Here's what I did (thanks Dennis R): Group Policy Editing on the PC with the Group Policy editor: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307882 changed settings by doing the following: Expand User Configuration to set restrictions for each user. Expand Windows Settings, and expand Maintenance Internet Explorer. Select Connection, and double-click Proxy Settings. Select the checkbox Enable proxy settings, add 0.0.0.0 HTTP entry, and click OK. Expand Administrative Templates, Windows Components. Select Internet Explorer and double-click Disable Changing Proxy Settings. Select Enabled and click OK. This seems to be limited to two users … How I can do that only apply to a "!?
