problem with the lack of a connection of some websites?

This usually lasts only a few hours, and I've that happen in thepiratebay.org and Photobucket. This is really annoying and I have no idea how to fix it when this happens. reset my router does nothing, nor delete my cookies. but if I connect to the page of a proxy server or simply connect to a different network / connection that always works. it's almost like my internet connection I blocks access to a specific site. im not sure, but I was assuming it was a problem with firewall. is anyone know how I can fix this problem when it occurs because it is really annoying.
