
How do I use BitTorrent in College (with proxy)?
I'm in college, and I use an Internet connection of the university, in order to access the web. I really do not understand any of these computer terms, or how to change the settings, so I need your help. Basically, if I want to use the Internet, I login every time I turn on my PC through RESNET (provided by an Ethernet cable connection in the wall). The first time you connected, to work, I had to change the proxy settings in Firefox so it seemed this: https: / / How resnet-bs1.uwe.ac.uk/local/Firefoxproxy.htm I can do something similar to BitTorrent to get a job? It will not work and does not start planting.
