Is there any way for traffic through my router as a proxy?

My best friend is now living in Australia. She is wanting to watch TV in tvcatchup.com, but unfortunately that is geo-blocked outside the UK. Is there any way of allowing you to 'go through' my router so that fools the website into thinking that she has an IP address in the UK. Thank you.

You could, but hampered by the upload speed will the video very choppy. the only thing I can think of doing is creating a "logmein" account (just google it) I use it for remote control my other notebook PCs, and can be used from anywere in the world, but you will have complete control over your computer, but the video will be very slow and choppy.
