I live in Qatar and internet connection I'm using filtered. I can not go because they blocked proxy sites. Please help me out here, I like that is preferably in the U.S., so I can watch Hulu. There is no good proxy server. They are easy block, filtering information and can be controlled by censors. Spend some money and get the personal VPN. It unblock websites, and do so with full encryption your network connection.
