http to https reverse proxy?

I am looking for ways intranet http proxy server to the Internet via HTTPS. In this way, I'd like to see a camera network connected to my intranet from outside a firewall securely. I've been using a server on the firewall for HTTP and HTTPS to HTTP proxy https to access the intranet Web sources, but am not successful at http to https proxy. Thank you.
