using Fedora 8 as squid server, and Windows XP as a client system, the Outlook Express does not work what to do?

I am using Fedora 8 as a proxy] squid server [and client systems are Windows XP, the picture is not working on windows systems. what I have to make changes in squid.conf .. in linux send me some example for fix ..
