Firefox has stopped working any ideas?

PC was working fine this morning, but when I have to log in now I can get Windows Internet Explorer fine, but I can get into Firefox which has all my saved passwords! This is the message I get when I click to open Firefox ………………. The server proxy is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server is refusing connections. * Check the proxy settings to make sure they are correct. * Contact your network administrator to ensure that the proxy server is working.
